Managing FlexusX Instance Lifecycle
A cloud server transitions through different statuses during its lifecycle, from creation to deletion or release. Table 1 describes the statuses of Flexus X instances throughout the lifecycle.

| Creating | Intermediate | The cloud server has been created and is preparing to enter the Running state. |
| Starting | Intermediate | The cloud server is between the Stopped and Running state. |
| Running | Stable | The cloud server is running properly. Only cloud servers in this state can provide services. |
| Stopping | Intermediate | The cloud server is between the Running and Stopped state. |
| Stopped | Stable | The cloud server has been stopped. Cloud servers in this state cannot provide services. |
| Restarting | Intermediate | The cloud server is being restarted. |
| Resizing | Intermediate | The cloud server has received a resizing request and has started to resize. |
| Verifying resizing | Intermediate | The cloud server is verifying the new specifications. |
| Deleting | Intermediate | This cloud server is being deleted. If the cloud server remains in this state for a long time, exceptions may have occurred. In such a case, contact technical support. |
| Deleted | Intermediate | The cloud server has been deleted. Cloud servers in this state cannot provide services and will be removed from the system. |
| Faulty | Stable | The cloud server is faulty. Cloud servers in this state cannot provide services. Contact technical support. |
| Reinstalling | Intermediate | The cloud server has received an OS reinstallation request and is currently undergoing the OS reinstallation process. |
| Reinstallation failed | Stable | The cloud server has received a request to reinstall the OS, but due to exceptions, the reinstallation failed. Cloud servers in this state cannot provide services. Contact technical support. |
| Changing OS | Intermediate | The cloud server has received an OS change request and is currently undergoing the OS change process. |
| Failed to change the OS | Stable | The cloud server has received an OS change request, but due to exceptions, the change failed. Cloud servers in this state cannot provide services. Contact technical support. |
| Forcibly restarting | Intermediate | The cloud server is being forcibly restarted. |
| Reverting resizing | Intermediate | The cloud server is rolling back resizing. |
| Frozen | Stable | The cloud server has been stopped by the administrator because the order has expired or is overdue. Cloud servers in this state cannot provide services. The system retains it for a period of time. If it is not renewed after the time expires, the system will automatically delete the cloud server. |
