Storing Monitoring Data to OBS Buckets

Scenarios

This section describes how to store the monitoring data of enterprise routers and their attachments to Object Storage Service (OBS) buckets for permanent storage.

Raw monitoring data of metrics is kept for only two days on Cloud Eye. For permanent data storage, enable Object Storage Service (OBS), and store raw monitoring data to OBS buckets.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project.
  3. Click Service List. Under Management & Governance, click Cloud Eye.

    The Cloud Eye console is displayed.

  4. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Cloud Service Monitoring > Enterprise Router.

    The enterprise router list is displayed.

  5. Store the monitoring data of enterprise routers and their attachments to OBS buckets.

    • Enterprise router
      1. In the enterprise router list, locate the enterprise router and click Configure Storage in the Operation column.

        The Configure Storage page is displayed.

      2. On the Configure Storage page, set parameters as prompted.
    • Attachment
      1. In the enterprise router list, locate the enterprise router, click to view its attachments, locate the attachment, and click Configure Storage in the Operation column.

        The Configure Storage page is displayed.

      2. On the Configure Storage page, set parameters as prompted.
