Submitting Real-time Application for O&M Data Access Permission

When performing operational tasks, database operators must first submit a real-time data access request for fields in tables they lack permission to access. Data access is permitted only after approval by the system administrator.

Prerequisites

Approval personnel shall be configured and bound to corresponding database operators in advance. Configure data approver via paths: User Management> Platform User and Ops Asset Management> Ops Asset Control> Database Steward.

Applying For Permission

  1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System with the database operator account specified.
  2. Select Ops Bastion Host Inventory from the left navigation tree.
  3. Click One-Click Login, and the system opens a new browser tab titled Data operation and maintenance fortress machine.
  4. Select a data asset and click WEB terminal on the right; the system browser will open a new WebSQL tab.
  5. Click the Authorization application button when encountering unauthorized access during data operation.
  6. Fill in the real-time application information.

    Application Time

    Enter the duration requiring data access permissions.

    Application Information

    Data access permissions include information on databases, tables, fields, and permission types.

    Applicant Information

    Application Account.

    Application Account

    The platform virtual identity account for database users.

    Database Account

    The database user used to access the database.

    Applicant IP

    The client IP address used by database users to access the data.

    Access Tools

    The client tool used by database users to access data (default: WebSQL).

    Access Time

    Time for database users to access database permissions.

    Access Statement

    The SQL statements used by database users to access data.

  7. Click Submit Application.

You may perform the following operations as needed:

Additional Application: When applying for data access permissions, database users may click Additional Application to select multiple tables in bulk and add them to the application work order, apart from the access permission for the currently executed SQL statements.
