Condition Template

Condition templates can be referenced when configuring policies in the Policy Template module and Policy Management under O&M Asset Control, which reduces configuration workload, improves efficiency and prevents repeated operations.

Click Policy Operation Audit on the left menu bar to open the corresponding page. A template type tree is displayed on the left pane. Click the expand icon to view detailed condition templates under each template category.

Adding Condition Template

  1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
  2. Select Rule Management > Policy Operation Audit on the left navigation bar. The page displays condition template data grouped by condition type.

  3. By default, templates under the first condition type are displayed on the right pane.
  4. Select the template type for the left tree.
  5. Click the + icon beside the target template type to create a new template.
  6. The right pane refreshes to display templates of the selected type.
  7. Click Edit on the right page.
  8. Enter the template name, template content (operations user/operations role/organization, etc.), and description information.

  9. Click OK.

Related Operations

You can then perform the following actions on the condition template page as needed:

  • Edit: Modify template name, content and description of condition templates. Procedures for editing:
    1. Select the target template type on the left and click its preceding expand icon.
    2. Choose the template to be edited, then click the Edit button on the right pane.
    3. Update the template name, content and description.
    4. Click OK. The prompt Operation Succeeded appears.
  • Delete: Steps to delete a template:
    1. Select the target template type on the left and click its preceding expand icon.
    2. Click the trash icon beside the template name.
    3. Click OK. The prompt Deletion Succeeded appears.
  • Search: Input name to quickly filter and locate the target template.

The Condition Template function greatly improves efficiency for policy template creation and policy configuration.
