Enable or Disable Data Access Authorization

The effective status of data access permissions can be controlled via the Enable and Disable buttons.

Enable or disable data access authorization

  1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
  2. Select Ops Asset Management > Ops Asset Control on the left navigation bar to display the asset control list.
  3. Select an Ops Asset Control entry and click the Config button to open a new browser page.
  4. Select Security Control > Data Access Authorization to load the data access authorization list.
  5. Select a disabled authorization record and click Enable to activate it.
  6. Select an enabled authorization record and click Deactivate to suspend its validity.

The start time of the authorization period is calculated from the last edit time and is irrelevant to the effective enable time of the data access authorization.
