Collating Results

After the sensitive data discovery task completes, you will be redirected to the result view page. The system automatically displays sensitive information of table fields and binds corresponding desensitization rules based on scan results. Manual collation and confirmation are recommended to ensure the accuracy of final sorting results.

Collating Results

  1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
  2. Select Ops Asset Management > Ops Asset Control from the left navigation bar to load the asset control list.
  3. Select an Ops Asset Control item and click Config to open a new browser tab.
  4. Select Sensitive Data Discovery to display the list of sensitive data discovery tasks.

Sequential number indicating the serial number of the field in the table.

    Field Name

Name of the field in the corresponding table.

    Field Description

Comment defined for the field in the database.

Number of Samples/Number of Valid Samples/Matching Rate

Sampling Count refers to the total sampling quantity configured by the system; Valid Sampling Count means the total quantity of collected non-null data; Matching Rate equals the ratio of rule-matched samples to valid sampling count.

    Data Domain

Name of sensitive or characteristic data to be identified, such as Name, Address, Enterprise Name, etc.

    Rules

Default desensitization rule bound to the field and relevant configuration method for the default desensitization rule.

    Comb

Manual confirmation operation, defaulted to Unconfirmed to indicate pending manual review; after clicking the button, the status changes to Confirmed for manually verified fields.

    Action

Used to check matching results of the corresponding rule so as to optimize rules or knowledge base.

    • Match Preview

  7. Click Match Preview in the Operation column to view ten pieces of matched and unmatched data of the field. Determine whether the field is sensitive and its specific sensitive type based on the displayed data.
  8. Select target sensitive fields and click Set.
  9. The Set data domain and field masking rules window pops up; select the required data domain and desensitization rule as needed.
  10. Click Confirm to complete the configuration of data domain and desensitization rule for the selected field.
  11. To rectify incorrect configuration and mark a field as non-sensitive: select the specified data domain entry and click Reset Rule to set the field to non-sensitive status.
  12. For fields finished with collation, click the unconfirmed button, which will switch to Confirmed, indicating the field has been collated and verified.
