Creating a Dictionary Category

Procedure

1. Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator (sysadmin) account.
2. In the left navigation bar, select Rule Management > Knowledge Base.
3. Click Add Category. Enter the required information in the pop-up window, as shown in Figure 1; the parameter descriptions for adding a dictionary category are provided in Table 1.

   Table 1 New dictionary classification description

   Parameter	Description
   Dictionary Category	Enter a custom dictionary category name. For example: Stock Code.
   Remark	Enter additional explanatory information.

4. Click Confirm to create a new custom knowledge base category, as shown in Figure 2.

5. To add dictionary data for a new category, navigate to the Knowledge Base main page and click Add New Entry in the upper-right corner (as shown in Figure 3); the description for adding a new entry is provided in Table 2.

   Table 2 New value explanation

   Parameter	Description
   Dictionary Category	A dropdown menu for selecting the dictionary category to which the new value belongs.
   Value	Enter a specific string value. For example: 600519
   Name	Descriptive information for entering this value. For example: Refer to the stock code and enter the name "Kweichow Moutai".

6. After clicking Confirm, a new value is added to the new category, as shown in Figure 4.
