User

Through the user management module, administrators can flexibly manage user accounts, ensuring each user has appropriate permissions to safeguard system security and efficiency.

Creating a User

Create a new user account and assign roles to it. Users must associate roles; it is recommended to first create role data.

  1. Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator sysadmin account.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select User Management > User.
  3. In the right area, click Add User.

  4. In the Add User dialog box, configure user information.

    Parameter

    Description

    Real Name

    Required. Enter the user's real name for identity verification and audit traceability.

    Username

    Required. The username for logging into the system. Supports letters, numbers, and underscores, must start with a letter, and ranges from 4 to 32 characters.

    Password

    Required. Login password. Recommended strength: at least 8 characters, including at least three of uppercase letters, digits, and special characters.

    Confirm Password

    Required. Enter the password again. Both inputs must match exactly to prevent errors.

    Remark

    Optional. Provide additional information such as the user's position, department, and purpose to facilitate subsequent management and maintenance. Example: Big Data Platform Operations Manager.

  5. After completing the configuration, click Confirm to generate the user.

Viewing User

View detailed information for all users, including associated roles and permissions.

Perform fuzzy matching queries using name, username, or notes.

Editing or Deleting User

Adjust the permissions and attributes of existing users to meet changing business requirements.

  1. Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator sysadmin account.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select User Management > User.
  3. When you hover over the character you want to edit, Edit/Delete appears.

  4. Users can be edited and deleted as needed.

  5. Click Confirm to proceed.
