Importing a Resource Package

This section describes how to import a resource package into a new environment or project.

  • Cross-environment resource package import: Import resource packages in region A to region B. For details, see Importing a Resource Package.
  • Cross-project resource package migration under the same account: Click Cross-project import to import the resource package of project A in the same region to project B. For details, see Importing a Resource Package Across Projects.

Notes and Constraints

  • A resource package has been created. The total size of images in a resource package cannot exceed 20 MB. Any excess will not be importable.
  • Only administrators can perform resource migration operations.
  • Cross-project migration within the same region only supports migration with the permissions of the resource package. Currently, only the Sharing and Collaboration permission can be migrated synchronously.

  2. Click in the upper left corner of the management console to select a region. Then, select an enterprise project in the upper right corner.

  5. Click Import Resource Package in the upper right corner. In the dialog box that appears, set the parameters based on Table 1.

To import custom component packages from environment A to environment B, you must register the same custom components in the developer platform of environment B. The component name and development package must match those in environment A. Failure to do so will result in the custom components not being displayed in the large screen of environment B.
