What Is an Intelligent Analysis Assistant?

Traditional data analysis tools often require users to have a technical background to perform complex analyses and generate charts. This not only limits the accessibility of data analysis but also increases the time from data acquisition to decision support. Users often feel overwhelmed by complex data analysis tasks because they need to manually write queries, process data, and generate charts, which are both time-consuming and error-prone.

The Intelligent Analysis Assistant, provided by DataArts Insight, is an innovative tool that uses natural language processing to simplify complex data analysis tasks into simple conversational exchanges. By asking questions in natural language, the Intelligent Analysis Assistant can automatically perform data analysis, generate charts, and provide intelligent insights, significantly simplifying the entire process from data acquisition to decision support, and helping you quickly conduct business intelligence (BI) analysis.

For example, by simply asking "What is the sales volume of a certain product in different regions?" in the dialogue box, the Intelligent Analysis Assistant will automatically generate intuitive charts showing sales data in each region. Additionally, if the initial response does not fully meet your expectations, you can configure the intelligent analysis assistant to improve its accuracy.

Powered by Pangu models, the Intelligent Analysis Assistant offers a new experience of Intelligent Data Insight, Intelligent Insights, and Intelligent Building. It currently supports a variety of data sources to ensure you can easily access and analyze various data.

    The intelligent analysis assistant provides knowledge search based on the data uploaded by users. Users need to review the answers to prevent pornographic, violent, and images and text violating related laws or regulations. Users shall be responsible for any problems caused by users' data content, third-party data content, or any problems not caused by this product.

Intelligent Data Insight

Intelligent data insight allows for data to be queried and answered through natural language dialogue, enabling non-experts to easily access and analyze data. As shown in Figure 1, the feature has three core capabilities:

  • Natural language interaction: Users can ask questions in nature language, and the intelligent analysis assistant will understand and provide answers.
  • Instant Q&A: The feature supports instant Q&A and can engage in multi-turn dialogue to explore and solve complex problems.
  • Recommended related questions: The feature recommends other questions related to the current query, helping users gain a more comprehensive understanding of the data.

Intelligent Insights

The intelligent analysis assistant incorporates or integrates industry algorithms to deeply mine data value, automatically generating insights and assisting business managers in making efficient decisions. Intelligent insights include capabilities such as anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and intelligent insights, as shown in Figure 2, which demonstrates the root cause analysis capability of intelligent insights.

  • Anomaly detection: Detects anomalies in metrics or indicators in data tables, helping you take timely measures to improve business performance.
  • Root cause analysis: Explores the reasons for fluctuations in dimensions, metrics, or indicators over time, helping you quickly identify problems and take effective measures to optimize business processes.
  • Intelligent insights: Self-analyzes business data, explores deep-level issues and attributions, and provides targeted business suggestions to help you make better business decisions.

Intelligent Building

Using the intelligent analysis assistant's generated charts, you can quickly build dashboards, further enhancing the visualization and interactivity of data analysis. Intelligent building includes capabilities such as self-generated charts, switching chart types, and rapid dashboard construction, as shown in Figure 3, which demonstrates the self-generated chart and rapid dashboard construction capabilities of intelligent building.

  • Self-generated charts: Through natural language queries, the intelligent analysis assistant can automatically create intuitive charts, making data visualization easy and convenient.
  • Switching chart types: Supports free switching of chart types and cluster analysis, achieving dynamic data display.
  • Rapid dashboard construction: Supports adding self-generated charts to dashboards, quickly building dashboards, and achieving efficient data visualization.
