Build Android apps with Flutter.

Add Build with Flutter, when configuring build actions.

The parameters are described in the following table.

Parameter	Description
Action Name	Name of a build action. It can be customized.
Flutter	Region name.
JDK	JDK file name.
NDK	NDK file name.
Commands	Execute commands.
