Configuring User-defined Executors

When a code check task is run, default executor is used. If you have your own executors, you can customize an executor as required to solve problems in special compilation scenarios. Select an agent machine in the agent resource pool to execute the code check task without depending on the public execution resources provided by the service.

Prerequisite

You have created a resource pool and agent.

Synchronize resources to CodeArts Check. Then, you can configure user-defined executor for the check task in Settings. For details, see Connecting to a Custom Executor.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Task page. In the task list, click a task name.
  2. On the displayed View Task Details page, click Settings > Advanced.
  3. In the Execution host area, select User-defined executor.
  4. Select an agent resource pool from the drop-down list box.

    • Click Managing Resource Pools to view resource pool details and modify resource pools. For details, see Creating Agent Pools and Agents.
    • Click Synchronize resource pools to update the resource pool names in the drop-down list.

  5. Click Save.
