Configuring Email Title Keywords

Prerequisites

• The tenant parameter Email Title Filtering Policy has been set to Filter keywords only, Filter empty titles only, or Filter empty titles and keywords. For details about the parameter, see Setting Tenant Parameters.
• Some operations under the current menu are controlled by separate permissions. If related operation permissions are not configured, the corresponding operations are not supported. For details about the operation permissions that can be configured separately, see Table 1.

Context

A tenant can create a maximum of 500 email title keywords.

Procedure

1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Configuration Center > Resource Management > Email Title Keyword.
2. Click Create. The Create Email Title Keyword dialog box is displayed. Set the following parameters:

   Element	Description
   Title Keyword Name	The value can contain a maximum of 128 characters.
   Title Keyword Description	The value can contain a maximum of 128 characters.

3. Click Save.
