Querying the Call History

Procedure

  1. Choose Configuration Center > Flow Configuration > Intelligent IVR.
  2. Choose System Management > Historical Call and click the Call History tab.
  3. Set at least one of the time segment and calling number as the search criteria.
  4. Click Search to query all records.
  5. Click Call Details to view the details of a single call record.
