ELB Listener Access Control

Check whether ELB listener access control has been configured for the Services in the current cluster using annotations.

If so, check whether their configurations are correct.

In case of an incorrect configuration, correct it by following the instructions provided in Configuring a Blocklist/Trustlist Access Policy for a LoadBalancer Service.
