Releasing Resources

You can release resources that are in the Expired or Frozen status if needed.

Precautions

The number of resource releases is not restricted.
You can release resources by yourself and do not need to contact customer service.

Procedure

Go to the Renewals page.
Click to set the search criteria.

Expired and Frozen resources can be released.
Click Release for a resource that you want to release.

After a resource is released, the resource and its data cannot be restored. Exercise caution when performing this operation.
Confirm the information of the resource to be released and click Release.
Click OK.
