Releasing Resources

Releasing Resources
You can release resources that are in the Expired or Frozen status if needed.
Precautions
- The number of resource releases is not restricted.
- You can release resources by yourself and do not need to contact customer service.
Procedure
- Go to the Renewals page.
- Click to set the search criteria.
Expired and Frozen resources can be released.
- Click Release for a resource that you want to release.
After a resource is released, the resource and its data cannot be restored. Exercise caution when performing this operation.
- Confirm the information of the resource to be released and click Release.
- Click OK.
