Individual Account Change Process
An individual account can be re-authenticated to change the owner to another individual or an enterprise. The following figure shows the overall re-authentication process.
- For details about how to change the owner to another individual, see Changing the Owner of an Individual Account to Another Individual.
- For details about how to change the owner to an enterprise, see Changing the Owner of an Individual Account to an Enterprise.

- The original real-name authentication information is still valid until the re-authentication request is approved.
- Any outstanding balances generated and new resources purchased during the period from the time when the request is submitted to the time when the request is approved are billed to the new enterprise entity.
- Any outstanding balances generated and new resources purchased during the period from the time when the request is submitted to the time when the request is rejected are billed to the original enterprise entity.
