Buying a Dedicated EIP for Anti-DDoS

The common EIP defends against attacks in the local equipment room of Huawei Cloud. The dedicated EIP of the Anti-DDoS Service defends against attacks in the DDoS scrubbing center and provides Terabit-level bandwidth and robust protection capabilities.

After a dedicated EIP is bound to an ECS, it can be added to Unlimited Protection Advanced Edition and Cloud Native Anti-DDoS 2.0 for enhanced protection.

Dedicated EIPs of the Anti-DDoS Service are exclusively for Unlimited Protection Advanced Edition and Cloud Native Anti-DDoS 2.0.

Prerequisites

You have purchased an Unlimited Protection Advanced Edition or Cloud Native Anti-DDoS 2.0 instance.

Procedure

Purchase dedicated EIPs in the required region by referring to Assigning an EIP.
