80.10.5 Updates

Added parameters confAllowJoinUser (configuring users who can join the meeting) and isOpenWaitingRoom (whether the waiting room is enabled) to APIs for obtaining the cloud meeting room list (HWMVmrInfoModel) and modifing cloud meeting room information (HWMModifycloud meeting roomParam). For details, see HWMVmrInfoModel and HWMModifyVMRParam.
Added the setShareScreenPermission API for setting the sharing permission. For details, see Setting the Sharing Permission.
Fixed issues and provided more stable experience.
