70.14.5 Updates

When scheduling or editing a meeting, you can set the time (allowGuestStartConf and allowGuestStartConfTime) when a guest is allowed to join the meeting ahead of the host. For details, see Table 1.
When scheduling a meeting in a cloud meeting room, you can select a fixed or random cloud meeting room ID. For details, see Table 6.
A department ID can be specified for login using an app ID. For details, see Table 3.
