70.11.5 Updates

Added the logKeepDays field to the initialization API. For details, see Initializing the SDK.
The UI SDK for iPhone supports iOS 10.0 or later.
HWRTCEngine.framework is renamed HWMMREngine.framework (only the package name is changed, and the integration mode remains unchanged). For details, see 4.
