60.13.2 Updates

Added the function of changing the name of the HwmSdk.exe file in the HwmSdk folder before initialization.
Changed the value of exePath in the initialization API from the absolute path of the HwmSdk folder to the absolute path of the .exe file in UTF8 format. For details, see Table 1.
Added the logPath and userDataPath parameters to the initialization API to specify the paths for storing log files and user data files. The format is UTF8. For details, see Table 1.
