60.11.6 Updates

Added the isAutoRecord parameter to enable automatic recording for meetings.
Note: Whether to automatically start recording after a meeting starts. The function is disabled by default. Meeting recording must be enabled if automatic recording is enabled.
- Added the API for creating a meeting. For details, see Table 1.
- Added the API for scheduling and editing a meeting. For details, see Table 1.
