Can I Access RDS Standby Instances?

No. You can directly access Huawei Cloud RDS primary instances and read replicas. Standby instances are not visible on the console and therefore you cannot access them directly.

RDS supports primary/standby switchover. If you start a switchover, the original standby instance will become primary and data is synchronized between the primary and standby instances in real time.
