How Can I View the Version of an RDS DB Instance?
- On the Instances page of the RDS console, view the version of the DB instance.

- On the DAS console, perform the following steps to view the version of the target DB instance:
- Log in to the target DB instance.
- On the top menu bar, choose SQL Operations > SQL Query.
- Run select @@version; to view the version of the DB instance.
