Inviting Users to Be Developers

In the navigation pane on the left, choose Settings > General, click Service Permissions, and click the Member tab.
Click Add Members and select Import Users From Enterprise.
In the Add Members dialog box, select target members and click Next.
Click the edit button in the row where the project role is located and set the role to Developer.
Click Save. A message is displayed, indicating that the member is added successfully. The target member is set as a developer.
