Service Overview

Huawei uses its AI technologies and model building expertise to offer customers modeling analysis and solution design tailored to their business scenarios and algorithm development skills.

In addition, Huawei uses its AI technologies and architecture experience to help customers analyze AI service requirements and design the AI platform architecture. With an in-depth understanding of customers' AI service requirements and objectives, Huawei provides customers with professional services such as data management, training, inference, and permission management, helping them determine the optimal AI technology and architecture design, plan an efficient data management system, build a simple and efficient training system, construct a robust, closed-loop end-to-end (E2E) inference system, and design a complete permission management solution. This helps customers achieve success and continuous innovation in their AI services.

    Description

    Scenario-specific modeling analysis

    Scenario survey: Conduct a survey on business scenarios and identify customer pain points.

    Analysis report: Identify customers' business values and output the requirement analysis report and feasibility analysis report based on ModelArts.

    Scenario-specific modeling design

    Data acquisition: Help customers to obtain, clean, and evaluate data.

    Solution design: Develop and evaluate solutions based on customer requirements and pain points, and complete technical solutions based on ModelArts.

  • AI Platform Architecture Planning

    Service Content

    Description

    AI platform architecture solution analysis

    Requirement survey: Complete customer requirement survey to understand customer service requirements and objectives.

    Analysis report: Identify customers' business values and output the requirement analysis report and feasibility analysis report for AI platform architecture planning.

    Architecture design of the efficient training system

    Data acquisition: Acquire the data volume, model size, engine framework, project settings, and permission requirements of the customer.

    Solution design: Develop and evaluate alternative design solutions, and complete the architecture design solution of the training system.

    Architecture design of the E2E inference system

    Data acquisition: Obtain the target service type (text, voice, or image), service scale, service form (device or cloud), as well as service monitoring and permission requirements of the customer.

    Solution design: Develop and evaluate alternative design solutions, and complete the architecture design solution of the inference system.

    Note: The service items can be removed based on customer requirements.

Prerequisites

  • The customer shall submit a service request at least 10 working days in advance so Huawei Cloud can evaluate customer requirements and coordinate AI experts.
  • Both parties have agreed on the service objectives and have signed a contract.

Service Scope

  1. Covered Content

    Huawei provides ModelArts support services to assist customers from various industries in AI application R&D. To meet customers' requirements in different phases, our support team provides enterprises with scenario-specific modeling analysis and design.

  2. Not Covered Content

    Huawei engineers will only deliver the services specified in this statement of work (SOW). If the customer demands the delivery of services not specified in this SOW, additional fees may be charged. Services not covered include but are not limited to the following:

    • Traveling to other cities for work. Additional fees for travel, accommodation, and communications will be charged.
    • Working beyond regular working days and working hours as required by the customer (Note: Fees include overtime pay and subsidies).
    • Purchasing products from other companies or individuals.

Service Process

  1. Service request
    • A customer submits a service request.
  2. Scenario survey
    • Communicate for customer requirements in detail.
    • Evaluate customer requirements.
    • Confirm the service objective and scope with the customer.
  3. Solution design
    • Plan and design a solution based on customer requirements.
    • Communicate with the customer about the solution.
    • Obtain the customer's recognition and sell the service.
  4. Consulting & implementation
    • Provide service consulting based on customer requirements and solutions.
    • Provide service guide and implement the services.
  5. Service acceptance
    • Support service consulting and implement the services.
    • Reach an agreement with the customer.

    • Provide consultation and technical guidance for the customer according to the confirmed plan.
    • Provide the deliverable list based on the selected service items.
  3. Customer's Responsibilities
    • Provide accurate requirement scenarios, issues, and business requirements in detail.
    • Provide basic environment information.
    • Review and confirm the solution design and deliverables provided by Huawei.

Acceptance Criteria

Huawei Cloud sends the deliverable documents by email as the basis for service acceptance. The project is accepted when the customer signs the deliverable documents (physical or electronic copy) or confirms the delivery on the official website.
