Huawei Cloud Workspace Migration Support Service provides survey and evaluation, migration solution design, solution verification, and migration implementation to solve problems encountered during migration and improve migration efficiency and security.
Huawei Cloud Workspace Migration Support Service provides professional cloud migration services for enterprises using Workspace desktops in and outside China, including government cloud and partner cloud.

*Collect the customer's service system information through tools, interviews, and surveys and evaluate the feasibility of service migration.
*Design a solution based on the application status and Huawei Cloud migration tool capabilities. Reach an agreement with the customer on the migration process and expected results. Output execution solutions that include the execution time and operators. Cooperate with the customer in cutover solution design.

Prerequisites
- Customers need to apply for the Workspace Migration Support Service 15 days in advance for Huawei to evaluate their service objectives and service schedule.
- Customers shall provide authorization.

- Items Covered
The Huawei Cloud Workspace Migration Support Service includes:
- According to the scope of desktops and data to be migrated clarified by both parties, collect IT asset information of the application system and survey the system, technology stack and service scenarios (including association analysis) of the system to be migrated, and system status.
- Design the migration solution and implementation process within the scope of the agreement.
- Assist customers in verifying the migration solution and migration tools.
- Assist customers in implementing the migration with their authorization.
- Assist customers in implementing the migration and ensuring system stability and providing technical support after the migration.
- Items Not Covered
- Code development is not included.
- Design, install, deploy, and re-architect application software and databases on customers' hosts.
- Design cloud platform infrastructure and set up environment.
- Migrate basic communication components required for the implementation.
- Migration of application systems and data that are beyond the specified scope.
- Customers are responsible for the fees generated during the migration, such as the cloud resource deployment and migration tools, migration network (public network/private line), outbound data traffic, and other related fees.
- Working overtime (If necessary, customers need to pay for the overtime hours and subsidies.)

- Customer's Responsibilities
- Provide source information and related authorization required for designing and implementing the migration solution.
- Verify the environment and tools based on the designed Workspace Migration Support Service Migration Solution for Customer XX.
- Prepare the environment required for implementing the migration, such as migration accounts and network private lines.
- Verify the consistency and integrity of the desktop systems and data after the migration.
