When Will My Account or IoTDA Instance Be Frozen?

- If the account is in arrears, IoTDA instances will be frozen first. Huawei will manually determine whether to freeze the account based on the actual scenario.
What Are the Impacts on My IoTDA Instances After My Account Is Frozen?
- You can check the purchased instances. The device connection and data reporting are not affected.
- You cannot purchase new IoTDA instances.
- You cannot perform any operations on purchased instances, including changing specifications, switching billing modes between pay-per-use and yearly/monthly, creating products or devices, and delivering device commands.
