Bills
You can view the resource usage and bills for a different billing cycles on the Bills page in the Billing Center.
Billing Generation
- Yearly/Monthly: Transaction records for yearly/monthly subscriptions are generated immediately after being paid for.
Viewing Bills of a Specific Resource
- Log in to the management console and choose Compute > Cloud Phone Host.
The Cloud Phone Host console is displayed.
- Click the icon shown in the figure below to copy the resource ID.

- On the top menu bar, choose Billing & Costs > Bills.
The Bills page is displayed.
- Choose Billing > Expenditure Details in the left navigation pane. Select Resource ID as the filter criteria, enter the resource ID obtained in 2, and click the
icon.

Checking the Consistency of the Actual Usage and Billed Usage
Assume that you purchased a yearly/monthly cloud phone server at 14:53:24 on November 23, 2023.
- CPH expenditure items
You can check the expenditure items against the actual usage. For details, see Table 1.

List Price
The sale price of a product with no commercial discounts and promotion discounts applied on the Huawei Cloud official website. List price = Discount amount + Truncated amount + Amount due
Discounted Amount
Discounts offered for cloud services, for example, commercial discounts, partner authorized discounts, and promotional discounts. It is the discounted amount based on the list price.
Truncated Amount
In pay-per-use billing mode, amounts are accurate to two decimal places during settlement, with the third and later decimal places directly deleted.
Amount Due
Amount that should be paid for used cloud services after discounts are applied. The discounts include commercial discounts, and partner authorized discounts.
Amount due = Cash payment + Credit payment + Cash coupon used + Flexi-purchase coupon used + Amount deducted from stored value card + Arrears
- CPH expenditure details
Expenditure details can be displayed in multiple ways. By default, the bill details of a resource are displayed by usage and by billing cycle. Table 2 illustrates the CPH bill details, which can be used to check against the actual usage.
