Why Can't I Find My OBS Bucket When Creating a Transcoding Task?
The possible causes are:
- You have not created an OBS bucket in the MPC region.
- Log in to the MPC console and check the MPC region.

- Log in to the OBS console. In the bucket list, check for OBS buckets in the MPC region.
- If buckets are available, check the next possible cause. If no buckets are available, create one in the MPC region and then save audio and video files to be transcoded in this bucket.
- Log in to the MPC console and check the MPC region.
- Your OBS bucket is not authorized.
- Log in to the MPC console.
- In the navigation pane, choose Cloud Resource Authorization.
- Click the Bucket Authorization tab.
- Select the input and output buckets and click Authorize.

If the fault persists, submit a service ticket for technical support.
