Possible Causes
Non-Wi-Fi devices are detected.
Procedure
- Check the number of non-Wi-Fi devices and impact on services.
- If only a few non-Wi-Fi devices exist and services are not affected, no action is required.
- If services are affected, go to Step 2.
- Run the display wlan non-wifi-device all command to check all detected non-Wi-Fi devices.
- Set the radio calibration policy to non-wifi or change the AP's working channel to avoid interference of non-Wi-Fi devices.
- Check whether the alarm persists.
- If so, go to Step 5.
- If not, go to Step 6.
- Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
- End.
