Protocol packets cannot be forwarded over the communication channel. The possible causes are:

  • The HG rate on either end of the communication channel is set incorrectly.
  • The SFU or LPU is not properly installed or it has some pins on the connector bent.

Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

140312

Some services or all services on the device are interrupted because the CANbus is unavailable. The possible causes are:

  • The card is not installed properly.
  • The CANbus does not work normally, causing communication interruption.
  1. Remove and reinstall the card to check whether a clear alarm is generated.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

140319

Services are interrupted because the link between an SFU and LPU is Down within five consecutive seconds.

Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

140320

The same channel between an MPU and two or more LPUs is abnormal. Packets cannot be forwarded or are lost between the MPU and LPUs. The possible causes are:

  • The CPU is busy for a short period, causing a failure to forward channel detection packets.
  • The MPU becomes faulty.
  1. Check whether the device has reported a clear alarm.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, go to step 2.
  2. Check the EntityCommunicateType value in the alarm.
    • If the value is 5, replace the corresponding MPU in the slot specified by PhysicalName in the alarm.
    • If the value is 6, replace another MPU in the slot specified by PhysicalName in the alarm.
