Procedure

  1. Check whether the card is reset or powered off, or services on the card are not running properly.

    • If so, go to step 2.
    • If not, go to step 3.

  2. Power off and then on the card. Check whether the card fails to be registered or the fault persists after the card is registered.

    • If so, go to step 3.
    • If not, go to step 4.

  3. Collect alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact technical support engineers.
