Procedure
- Check whether the card is reset or powered off, or services on the card are not running properly.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, go to step 3.
- Power off and then on the card. Check whether the card fails to be registered or the fault persists after the card is registered.
- If so, go to step 3.
- If not, go to step 4.
- Collect alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact technical support engineers.
- End.
