What Can I Do If I Fails to Log In to the Huawei Cloud Meeting Client?

  • Ensure that you are using the meeting account, instead of the account registered on Huawei Cloud, for login. For details about how to create a meeting account, see Managing Users.
  • Ensure that the client is of the latest version.
  • Check if you can access https://intl.meeting.huaweicloud.com/#/login in the current network. If you cannot access it, change to another network environment.
