What Can I Do If I Fail to Play a Live Video?
This may be because the network on the player side is inaccessible, the streaming URL is incorrect, and the CNAME record for the streaming domain does not take effect, and the streaming domain is not associated with the ingest domain. Follow the instructions in Failed to Play a Live Video to rectify the fault.
