Can HSS Be Used Across Accounts?

HSS can be used across accounts.

If you have purchased HSS in account A but want to protect a server under account B, you can connect account B's server to account A. For details, see Using the Commands or Script to Install the Agent on Huawei Cloud Servers.

After the server is connected, you can check and enable HSS for it on the Asset Management > Servers & Quota page of account A.
