Creating a RocketMQ Instance

Before using RocketMQ, you need to create a RocketMQ instance. A RocketMQ instance is an independent resource space. All operations are performed in an instance. Resources of different instances are isolated from each other. You can use one or more RocketMQ instances as needed.
