Overview

Complete-refresh materialized view: Only created materialized views can be completely refreshed. The syntax for creating a complete-refresh materialized view is similar to that for CREATE TABLE AS. For details, see "SQL Reference > SQL Syntax > CREATE TABLE AS" in Developer Guide.
