Can I Continue to Use Resources in the Grace Period or Retention Period?

Yearly/monthly resources enter a grace period if not renewed upon expiration. Pay-per-use resources also enter this period if they become overdue. These resources go into a retention period if not renewed or paid after the grace period expires.

For resources in the grace period, certain operations are not allowed, for example, modifying specifications, changing the billing mode (from yearly/monthly to pay-per-use or from pay-per-use to yearly/monthly), setting auto-renewal, or unsubscribing from the resources.

Resources in the retention period are unavailable. Renew or pay for the resources on time to keep using them. This stops the system from releasing the resources and deleting their data when the retention period ends. For details, see Resource Suspension and Release.
