Can I Attach a Yearly/Monthly Disk to Another Server?

Can I Attach a Yearly/Monthly Disk to Another Server?
If the disk is purchased along with a server and they both part of the same order, the disk cannot be attached to another server.
If the disk was purchased on the EVS console and not as part of the same order as any server, it can be attached to another server.
