Performing Real-Name Authentication

Service Object

Partner's customers

Scenario Description

Customers can complete real-name authentication on the partner sales platform using their business licenses or personal certificates. HUAWEI CLOUD reviews the customer authentication information and the uploaded attachments, and returns the result to the partner sales platform.

If a customer wants to change individual authentication to enterprise authentication, the customer can perform the real-name authentication again on the partner sales platform.

If a customer wants to purchase resources in the China region, the customer needs to complete real-name authentication first.

Development Precautions

  • Ensure to enable Upload Photos of Handheld ID Cards Required for Real-Name Authentication on the Support Center > API Management > Configure page before you invoke the HUAWEI CLOUD real-name authentication API.
  • Images for real-name authentication must be uploaded to the download directory of the bucket.
