Network Connectivity Test Method

You can run the command (curl -kv https://apigw-external-lb-waf.ap-southeast-3.myhuaweicloud.com) to test connectivity through a proxy or a public IP. If the returned result includes a line starting with connected to, the new IP is accessible.
