Can Parameters Referenced from Parameter Center and Those Set on Target Instances Belong to Different Regions?

Based on safety production requirements, parameters referenced from Parameter Center and those set on target instances cannot belong to different regions.

The following is an example:

On the Execute Script page, click Parameter Center in the Script Input Parameters area. On the Parameter Center page, if you set Region to CN North-Beijing4, the same region should be set when adding the target instance. Otherwise, an error will be reported and the script cannot be executed.
