Will User Access from Other Regions Be Accelerated If I Select Chinese Mainland or Outside the Chinese Mainland as My Service Area?
- If you select Chinese mainland, users outside the Chinese mainland can also access CDN points of presence (PoPs) in the Chinese mainland. However, due to cross-border network conditions, the acceleration will not be as noticeable as it is for access from within the Chinese mainland. In the worst-case scenario, your domain name may become inaccessible.
- If you select Outside Chinese mainland, users in the Chinese mainland can also access CDN PoPs outside the Chinese mainland. However, due to cross-border network conditions, the acceleration will not be as noticeable as it is for access from within the Chinese mainland. In the worst-case scenario, your domain name may become inaccessible.
