If a Referer ACL Have Been Configured for an OBS Bucket, Will the Settings Take Effect on the CDN Side?
No.
The settings will not take effect. CDN cannot predict the OBS bucket configuration. Visit Referer Validation to learn how to configure it on the CDN side.
