All Resources Are Preheated, and the Cache TTL Is One Year. Why Is the Requested Content Still Being Pulled from the Origin Server?

If the cache time to live (TTL) is set to 365 days and only a few requests are made, CDN points of presence (PoPs) will periodically clear the cache. Therefore, if a user requests the content, it may have been cleared and then CDN has to pull that content from the origin server.

You can prefetch resources again so that users can obtain the most recent resources from CDN PoPs upon first access. For details, see Cache Purge and Prefetch.
