What Are the Differences in CDN Acceleration Among the Three Service Areas?

The only difference is that the points of presence (PoPs) providing acceleration services locate in different areas.

• Acceleration in the Chinese mainland:

  Only PoPs in the Chinese mainland provide acceleration services for your acceleration domain name. Users can access the nearest PoPs in the Chinese mainland. PoPs outside the Chinese mainland do not provide the acceleration service.

• Acceleration outside the Chinese mainland:

  Only PoPs outside the Chinese mainland provide acceleration services for your acceleration domain name. Users can access the nearest PoPs outside the Chinese mainland. The PoPs in the Chinese mainland do not provide the acceleration service.

• Global acceleration: Both PoPs outside and in the Chinese mainland provide acceleration services for your domain name, so that users can get what they want from the PoP nearby.
  

  Outside Chinese mainland indicates countries and regions other than the Chinese mainland, including Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), and Taiwan (China).
