MDF request requirements and quotas are subject to partner development paths or partner programs. The upper limit in the benefit table of the official website is specific for partners. If a partner has multiple service/software solutions, the partner can request this benefit multiple times, but the total amount must not exceed the specified limit for this benefit. To be eligible for this benefit, the applications and service/software solution must be fully developed and released, either as a baseline solution or a joint operations product.
