Can a Reseller Customer Purchase Pay-per-Use Products If Its Partner Sets the Budget to 0? Will This Incur Overdue Payment?

  • The customer can purchase pay-per-use products if its partner sets the budget to 0. One hour after the resources are provisioned, the customer enters the grace period due to fee deduction failure. Fees generated during the grace period will be paid by the partner. To prevent this situation, the partner or the customer is recommended to use test coupons preferentially. This problem will be solved later. If the partner does not set the budget for the customer, the customer will be labeled with a payment limit tag. That is, resources cannot be provisioned for the customer, so no outstanding bills will be generated.
  • If the customer falls into arrears due to this problem, it can contact the channel manager to write off the outstanding amount.
